Under cleaning checklists ones made by ask ai are not found under existing so cannot edit them or duplicate out of asking ai. Also can we include section under clean with reference photos (actual uploaded photos) not links so cleaners can reference.

Currently payment cards for auto pay are set per cleaner. We need the ability to change the default card assigned to a cleaner on a per property basis. Depending on what service plan they are on with us, some clients pay cleaners using their own cards. In these cases we need the ability to change the payment card for a cleaner for a specific property.

Ability to send tasks to multiple people, but only one can accept it

Similar to the way cleans are sent out. Id like maintenance tasks to be able to be sent to multiple users, and have then accept/decline the task. First to accept gets the work. Or we can use a primary/backup setup. I would set myself up as a supervisor, review the task and then approve of it to be sent out to whoever is set up in auto assignment.
