I believe Airbnb now offers direct smart lock integration. So I personally dont think smart lock integration is a critical necessity BUT connecting with smart thermostats to adjust temperature between guest stays would be something that would certainly add value to your platform. I think the cost savings in heating/cooling costs by having this feature would be a big selling feature that property managers like myself could pass on to their clients (which in turn also helps us sell our services). Not to mention making sure that the unit is always at the right temp when guests checkin, OR allowing the Ai to make temperature changes based on guest communications…all very useful features that I think align nicely with what separates Prohost Ai from the competition.
