Airport Pick up Category & iCal support

Hi ProHost Team, I hope you’re doing well 😊 We have a few questions regarding operational setup and integrations: Van Reservation Category Is it possible to create a separate category for van (transportation) reservations within ProHost? We would like to manage van bookings alongside our accommodation reservations within the same system. iCal Integration for External PMS We need iCal feeds for both van reservations and cleaning schedules, as we plan to sync these with a specialized external PMS used by our operations partners. Would it be possible to generate iCal links for these types of schedules and integrate them with Google Calendar or third-party systems? Alternative Workflows (Using Existing Features) If the above setup is not directly supported, could you recommend any alternative ways to achieve a similar workflow using current ProHost features? For example, using tags, custom booking types, or task management features to simulate this structure. Our goal is to streamline operations by centralizing scheduling while allowing external teams to stay synchronized in real time. We would greatly appreciate your guidance on the best approach. Ask AI doesn't always update things

I use ask AI to update issues but it doesn’t always do it. Yesterday on mobile, it confirmed that it fixed an issue with setting up cleanings based on guest conversation, but when I go to check where the rule was adjusted on applied it isn’t there. The same thing happened today on desktop. It confirms it fixed it, but I ask to show me where it added it, I check and it isn’t there so then I have to manually adjust.. This is causing concern because I’m not sure what is being actually corrected.

Show calendar availability on tasks and cleans when changing due date

Many tasks that are auto-created by the AI need to be moved to after the guest departure. There’s currently not a great way to easily move these without having to leave the task and go look at the reservation or calendar view. Either add a calendar greyed out view or show the guest check-in/out date on the attached task

Set conditions for "cleaning finished" message to guest

We want to be able to require all “high” priority tasks are completed otherwise the property ready message does not trigger. We also don’t want it to go out too early, so for example if the home is cleaned the day prior to arrival, we want the earliest time it will go out to be 3hrs before check-in time.

Ability to duplicate subtasks

For inspections. Either duplicate subtasks or copy the room structure from the listings to build out proper inspections by property. Example: I create a “Bedroom” subtask, but if a property has 3 bedrooms, I want those checklist items to appear 3 times as Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3.

Supplies "N/A" option available

With multple properties and supplies - it almost assumes that each property must have said supply. Create an option which allows for NA. Ie, one property has Coffee Capsules, yet another uses Coffee Beans - those who have a Nespresso do not need Coffee Beans - and vice versa. I also cannot currently edit the individual supplies of quantities per property to show alerts if in QUANTITY setting. Each quantity, per property should be able to have a threshold. And then an alert when the number drops below the threshold.

Guidebooks which easily scroll between sections

Currently each guidebook needs a sub section, and it looks best to have multiple sub sections, yet that means more clicking - click into the guidebook, then click into subsection, then back out of subsection, then into next subsection. The UE should be much better, much smoother. Are sub sections needed? Cant each til just contain a rich text when opened - and forgo option to even have sub sections? Alternatively/and can the subsections be linked or flow better - rather than clicking in and clicking out

Sticky header / editor area when building guidebooks

Currently the editing menu is not sticky, so when making a guidebook, you have to scroll all the way back up to the top to then add a photo for instance/change text size etc. It would be more logical if the editing bar was sticky and the contents of the guidebook scrolled behind it as you scrolled down/up.

Guidebooks - tailored for internal operations

Current guidebooks are all guest facing - I want to show new team members how to access the property, with photos, descriptions etc. Current guidebooks being guest facing also open on the “date of stay/checkin” page - not the guidebook itself. So an internal operations guidebook which is accessible from a checklist or note on a Cleaning Job card, which opens up directly to information about the property.
