Guidebooks which easily scroll between sections

Currently each guidebook needs a sub section, and it looks best to have multiple sub sections, yet that means more clicking - click into the guidebook, then click into subsection, then back out of subsection, then into next subsection.

The UE should be much better, much smoother.

Are sub sections needed? Cant each til just contain a rich text when opened - and forgo option to even have sub sections?

Alternatively/and can the subsections be linked or flow better - rather than clicking in and clicking out
