Add night price as upsell variable & Make AI calculate upsell prices automatically

Example use case: 1 day gaps after a 2 night + booking and would offer the last night extension at a 50% discount of the normal nightly price. I would do this for bookings from bookings 2 weeks in future

Would probably look to exclude certain months like summer or reduce the discount for summer to 25%
