Hi. I am brand new here, and I knew this was going to be the last system I would need to look at/trial. This was all until I just noticed there is no customer/visitor facing web chat connected to you ai. The imperative since I try to drive as much of bookings/revenue through my own channels rather than the big 3. I see this is on the roadmap, but it looks pretty far in the future.
