Standby mode for seasonal listings

We have some clients who are seasonal and are only active and renting for a few months out of the year. Ideally we could put these listings on standby mode when they are not active (so we don't have to unnecessarily pay for a listing subscription for that property) without losing any of the data/settings/ai memory and then reactivate it when it's time to rent their property again.
