Integrate with IGMS property management system so AI inbox capabilities can apply for all connected booking platforms (i.e. airbnb, vrbo, booking.com, direct bookings)

    So, AI cannot reply to VRBO messages even if integrated with a PMS?

      It can! For PMS-integrated customers, the AI responds to messages from all channels. We have customers who are connected to Airbnb directly.
