Feature Request

A feature that would be a real game changer for us is an integrated voucher system. Guests could purchase gift vouchers through Upgrades, automatically receive a PDF with a unique voucher code, and redeem the code themselves during checkout.

    We genuinely love Prohost—how it works, its UI/UX, and features such as upgrades via the guestbook link, task management, and cleaning management. Many of these functions also exist in Lodgify, but Prohost implements them significantly better.

    As a Lodgify customer currently managing 9 units—and expecting to grow to 14 next year—this voucher feature would be the final piece needed for us to use a paid Prohost plan alongside Lodgify. Being able to sell gift vouchers would create ongoing revenue and make paying for both platforms worthwhile.

    To be completely honest, if Prohost also offered channel management, there would be little reason for us to continue using Lodgify at all. However, I understand that this probably would not fit your product strategy or scalable business model, especially if Prohost is intended to complement platforms like Lodgify rather than replace them.

    This is a genuine consideration, not just something we are saying casually.
