Be able to Assign listings to members and also be able to turn off notifications per listing

8 of my properties are cleaned by one cleaner and 1 is from another. Would be good to separate them so everyone doesn't see everything they don't need to see. Also be able to turn off notifications per listing as I am co host to a listing that I apply my price labs too but don't have anything to do with the everyday managing of it so would be good to disable those notifications

More customisation in enabling/ disabling certain notifications also. For example turn off booking confirmation notifications or cancelling messages. The more customisation the better as everyone will have different setups
