Arrange Listings Manually

Add ability to arrange the order of listings manually. Should order should reflect throughout the app including the Calendar page.

I imported listings from Airbnb and am unable to arrange the order. My usual workaround for this on Airbnb is the nickname. So setting the order by the public name of the listings would do the trick but then that begs the question of what is visible on the Calendar by different types of users. For example, if I add an assistant to the platform as a user, I wouldn’t want them to see the pricing on the reservations in the calendar.

      is it possible for the order of the listings to carry over to the calendar? that was the main purpose for this

        What order would you like to apply in the calendar? The calendar is already sorted alphabetically by the listing title.

    Also if you invite an assistant and don’t want them to see the prices on the calendar you can set that with permissions! If you give them “Calendar” permission but uncheck the “Financial data” permission they will have access to the calendar but won’t see the prices on the calendar. They also won’t see booking values for reservations.

    Hi David, we can add a sort button in the listings page! Currently on the calendar it is sorted alphabetically by listing internal title if available and if not by listing public title.

      I’d like to list it by public title but it seems to be listed by the internal title. A strange thing I am seeing now though is that in the listing page, now that it has sorting, the order of my listings is in the order I want, but on the calendar page the order is not the order I want although it seems like both lists are ordered by internal name

      on the listing page with the sorting it seems like it is sorting by total number (623 before 1030 for example) meanwhile on the calendar it is going by first digit (so 1030 would come before 623). this happens on airbnb but my workaround was to leverage the public name to get around this since that is what the calendar uses. in this case, if the calendar sorted the list the way the listing page is now it would be the desired outcome.
