Ability to set task supervisor role

A supervisor should be able to review, modify, and approve newly generated tasks before they are auto assigned to a team member. They should also be notified on the progress of the task and be able to see it under a tab for tasks they are set as a supervisor on. The issue is currently some of the auto assigned tasks go out to team members and may be based on guest user error and not an actual issue. This would avoid unnecessary call outs by simply having a supervisor review the task and approve of it prior to being auto assigned.
